A new attached duplex providing secure residential care accommodation at Wacol, built from the ground up over a 41-week construction program.
CHALLENGE
The building had to meet a high-security specification throughout, which brought many specialist contractors and systems into a compact site and a fixed program.
APPROACH
NDREK. managed the budget, program and contractor team, coordinating specialist security trades alongside the main build so each package landed in sequence.
OUTCOME
Two secure care units built to a high-security standard within a compact 41-week construction program.
