DELIVERY STAGES
New medical and dental clinic facilities were needed inside four operating correctional centres in South East Queensland. NDREK. planned and delivered all four as a single staggered program.
CHALLENGE
Every centre stayed fully operational. Each worker, tool and delivery passed through high-security controls, and work had to be sequenced around the centres' own routines without compromising safety or security.
APPROACH
The four sites were staged as one program, so that lessons, trades and approvals carried from one centre to the next. Security access, sequencing and site logistics were planned ahead for every stage, in close coordination with each centre.
OUTCOME
All four clinics were delivered on time, with high client satisfaction.
