A complete refurbishment of office and laboratory space at the Coronial and Public Health Sciences Campus, taken from briefing through design and construction to handover.

CHALLENGE

The campus supports coronial and public health services that cannot pause, so works had to run around operational, secure and sensitive areas.

APPROACH

Seating options were prepared with the client at briefing: a single central desk spine, or two desk clusters with room to grow. Internal building works, finishes, workstations, electrical, lighting and data were then brought under one coordinated team.

OUTCOME

A completed, fully serviced workspace handed over to Queensland Health inside an operating campus.
