A new masterplan for Kyogle's civic centre, designed closely with the community and key stakeholders to give the town a clear civic heart.
CHALLENGE
Bring scattered civic buildings and spaces together into one place that works for daily life, events and a hot subtropical climate.
APPROACH
The plan organises civic buildings around a shaded, planted square, with pedestrian-priority streets and generous trees linking it to the town centre.
OUTCOME
A masterplan, shaped through engagement, for the future of the civic precinct.
