Planning and construction of the Block M courtyard extension and associated rectification works at Gold Coast University Hospital.
CHALLENGE
The hospital never stops. Construction had to run alongside clinical services, patients and staff, with safe patient care the first priority every day.
APPROACH
NDREK. managed the contract, subcontracts, purchase orders, program and stakeholder relationships, with quality assurance, WHS compliance and safety training built into the way the site ran.
OUTCOME
