An urban design framework for Stage 3 of the Gold Coast Light Rail, covering the stations and the development areas around each one.
CHALLENGE
Make sure new stations support well-designed growth, better streets and stronger centres along the corridor.
APPROACH
NDREK. prepared the framework drawings, station masterplans and 3D visualisations, with corridor mapping of movement, built form, catalyst sites and urban regeneration.
OUTCOME
A framework and mapping set that guides development around the Stage 3 stations.
